In 2015, Travis and Nancy Poston left their longtime home of New York City and relocated to Southern California, eventually settling in the high desert city of Twentynine Palms. With years of restaurant and hospitality experience between them, the Poston’s had a dream of starting a bakery in their adopted city. Nancy is an accomplished baker who holds a degree in Baking and Pastry Arts from California Culinary Academy SF and her husband Travis worked for some of the most creative bakeries in New York, including City Bakery and Bird Bath Bakery.
